North West 200

North West 200 Race Week

Mullan's Organic Farm offers accommodation for the North West 200 in a self catering cottage. In a rural location, with secure off street parking, and locked garage / workshop for bikes, it offers an ideal location for the race week.

Situated on the Coleraine mountain road just outside Limavady, with sweeping views of the Roe Valley, Lough Foyle and Donegal, the farm offers plenty of space for cars, trailers, bikes, etc. Travelling time to the curcuit is 15 to 20 minutes (depending on traffic)

As it's name suggests, The Office is a converted office. It was not an old traditional farmhouse or shed but a purpose built workplace. When the business relocated, the building did not have a function so it was adjusted to its present status and although we cannot boast thatched roof, open fires and low beams we can advocate a practical family friendly house and exceptional views.

We are situated 2 miles outside Limavady town, off Ringsend Road, on the Keady Mountain. This elevated location permits a panoramic outlook across the valley from Dungiven to Donegal.

Sited in the middle of a working organic farm, fresh organic produce is available but guests may have to collect their own eggs! We can supply small sizes in wellies/gum boots for this task. More difficult farming chores can be applied for on arrival!

The house has been designed to facilitate disabled guests with ramped entrance, and a wheelchair friendly ground floor, wider corridors and a level access shower area.

The house has 4 bedrooms - 2 x double, 1 with ensuite bathroom; 1 x twin and 1 x triple (double + single)

Bathroom has toilet, bath & shower suitable for wheelchair. There is also a separate toilet & washbasin to alleviate morning queues

There is OFCH throughout, controlling radiators & power showers.

Lounge room furniture can be arranged for family comfort around the television/DVD/video; we also help out with tapes & discs from our family collection! An assortment of fact, fiction and children's books are provided along with various board games for all ages.

The kitchen has its own washing machine; fridge/freezer; electric cooker; microwave; dishwasher; coffee percolator; toaster; etc. and an extending dining table. We keep a supply of basic preserves in the kitchen cupboards, please feel free to use what's there but let us know if you have specific requirements before your arrival.

We have converted an old barn into a Games Room where you can enjoy darts, table tennis or a game of pool. A full size snooker table is also available in a separate building across the yard.

There is Car parking space outside the front and at the side of the building. Cycles may be stored in a locked shed.

Wellington boots for most sizes are available to borrow for those who do not have them, to allow you to enjoy walks and jobs around the farm.

Bed linen is supplied; beds are made up ready for use. We also provide towels, however, please bring extra if you plan to use nearby swimming pools or visit local beaches.

To facilitate cleaning we ask guests to vacate the Office by 11.00am on your day of departure. Checking in time is from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. If you are likely to arrive outside these times, please let us know as soon as possible.

Pet owners - please keep dogs under control (on a lead) at all times when outdoors on the farm, especially when cattle, sheep, hens, geese, ducks and our farm dogs are in sight.
